It's called '...It's an actual disease! It's called 'seasonal affective disorder' and some people get it when the weather is too grey and they don't see the sun! My mother gets this way in the winter. (and she lives in California!) Last year was dry in the Pacific Northwest and people in Seattle got it from having too much sun! So since it is an actual disease, I think you should rest, sit in the sun (maybe in a window) and not work too hard!
