I had quite a hiatus. I always love your posts, and dream of making soap one day!africanaussiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16660727599623626163noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1556636739806282968.post-4612900779896552602021-06-02T15:23:15.819+10:002021-06-02T15:23:15.819+10:00Jane,sometimes the problem could even be the weath...Jane,sometimes the problem could even be the weather 😏 I was a bit miffed that I didn't have time to add the fragrance oil but the whole mixture would have seized if I did that. My nose is healing up but the skin is still fairly bumpy from the skin flap. Apparently I can have steroids put into it if it is still bumpy in 6 weeks. I don't think that will be happening 😳Nanna Chelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07500527266771727074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1556636739806282968.post-14554469719445574032021-06-02T11:08:29.773+10:002021-06-02T11:08:29.773+10:00Chel I havent made any soap since my big soap driv...Chel I havent made any soap since my big soap drive in Jan 2020. I think we have enough soap left to take us to November or December. I love the stronger colours in your soaps. I wonder what made the soap go to such a thick trace so quickly? You have made the goats milk soap before and used micas before. It is a science that constantly makes us question what is happening. I hope that nose heals quickly for you.
Janehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06964345893499561504noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1556636739806282968.post-3523320447367865372021-06-01T21:31:50.269+10:002021-06-01T21:31:50.269+10:00My hubby has had a lot of mice in his bird cages. ...My hubby has had a lot of mice in his bird cages. I am glad post is about soup rather than the mouse plague reaching you. The moon eclipse was not particularly good here. I just hate even having small sun spots frozen off.I would be absolutely thrilled if I could make soap that looks like yours. You are certainly keeping the kitchen oil companies in business though aren't you:) I saw on Landline today that Canola crops are doing very well now in Western Australia, which means the prices will come down hopefully for canola oil. Keep warm, I know you have nice warm slippers from a previous post :) PaulineHappy Retiree's Kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10614074474795791475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1556636739806282968.post-66246283301483562612021-05-30T14:11:37.207+10:002021-05-30T14:11:37.207+10:00I’m so sorry to hear about your cousin, Chel. Though the number of deaths is low compared to last year’s, still people are dying of COVID here.

I hope your nose heals quickly.
Your soaps are beautiful as always. I didn’t make soaps for a long time now. I still have some made in 2019! Nil @ The Little House by the Lakehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05812637017406376233noreply@blogger.com
