Just experimenting

Seeing as Blogger has made changes to its 'interface' or whatever the techy word is, I thought I would see if I could write a short blog post on my iPad. Here goes.

So far so good although I think it is easier to use the PC if I can ever bother to turn it on as I use my iPad most of the time. However the iPad does have a life of its own and I usually have a lot of correcting to do.

That said I will just send my best wishes to anyone who reads this and I hope you are all well. We have had an active case of Covid19 in our town recently so are waiting to see if anyone has been infected by the person who had no symptoms.

'Bye for now 😷

  1. I am still getting used to the new Blogger too, Chel.
I hope it works out that there are no cases of local transmission in your area and things settle down and the restrictions can be lifted soon.

    1. Sherri, at least I can use the iPad to write a short blog post now. Normally I resize my photos when on the PC so will probably stick to doing that most of the time. I don't think the restrictions here are too bad so far. Hopefully nobody has been infected locally as we are hoping the Carnival of Flowers will still go ahead. 🌺🌸πŸ₯€πŸŒ·

    1. Barb, glad you are well. Those 'paintings' are photos put through the Deep Dream Generator program. You can get some great results.

  3. I saw the details about the Carnival of flowers this year on the news the other night focusing on parks and restaurants rather than peoples open homes. Stay safe and have a good week. Kathy

    1. Kathy, I think everyone is holding their breath hoping nobody was infected by the person who visited a local hotel and the Queens Park markets recently who unknowingly had the virus. It would be a shame to cancel the Carnival of Flowers at this late stage. A lot of the indoor activities have been cancelled.

  4. Hi Chel, looks to me like it worked OK on your iPad. All good here, no Covid in the area since March. I see no changes to border closure for Sept. Lyn x

    1. Lyn, I don't think the border will open any time soon unless you play footy πŸ˜…πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

  5. I love the arty photos. One good thing I have found about the new interface is that I can now reply to comments on my phone ... something that broke some time ago.
